Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate: $5.00 - $100.00 per service setup (based on service provided)
- Mileage reimbursement
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after initial training and first 10 patients or 10 hours; additional $1,000 after 50 patients or 100 hours

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and equipment education
- Set up and monitor respiratory and ventilator equipment
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Communicate findings clearly with physicians and care teams
- Educate patients and families on device usage and compliance
- Support on-call services for NIV patients as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and services
What You Need
Required:
- Active RRT, CRT, or RN licensure in New Mexico
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Effective communication and ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Completion of accredited respiratory care training program
- Home respiratory care experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy or related science
- Previous related work experience
