What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care, utilizing the nursing process effectively
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage and delegate tasks within the nursing team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Use data and clinical expertise to evaluate care and implement improvements
- Maintain compliance with all policies, laws, and accreditation standards
- Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced ER environment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Mississippi
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills
Preferred:
- TNCC or other clinical specialty certifications
- Experience in high-volume emergency settings
