What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Perform clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems
- Respond to patient emergencies swiftly and appropriately
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid Louisiana RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher
- Experience handling diverse emergency cases
