What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias
- Administer IV insulin protocols, including insulin drips
- Utilize telemetry equipment for continuous cardiac monitoring
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient status and outcomes accurately
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety procedures
What You Need:
Required:
- Active RN license in Ohio
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Telemetry experience with cardiac monitoring
- Ability to interpret dysrhythmias
- Experience with insulin protocols and drips
Preferred:
- Experience in a PCU setting
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
