- Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours)
- Rate: $17/hr
Requirements:- Current GNA certification in practicing state required.
- LTC, skilled nursing, or assisted living experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and caregiving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with staff.
Responsibilities:- Direct Resident Care:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- ADLs include bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitoring & Documentation:
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Environment & Support:
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
