Description
We are seeking a psychiatrist to serve as a Clinical Director for an inpatient Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Minnesota. This is a 3- or 6-month locum tenens assignment with the potential to extend, providing interim leadership.

- 16-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- No call
- Primarily adults, ages 18–90+
- Average stay 30-90 days

- All-inclusive rate
Requirements
- Active Minnesota medical license or IMLC
- Psychiatrist qualified for clinical leadership responsibilities
The psychiatrist will oversee the medical care of patients and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team (APRNs, Rns, psychologists, social workers) and hospital administrator. There is no productivity requirement, allowing the physician to focus on quality patient care, clinical leadership, and team collaboration.
