PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, with expedited credentialing
- Credentialing Timeline: 45 days typically, can expedite to 3 weeks
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Travel and lodging covered by agency up to specified limits; malpractie insurance provided.
JOB REQIREMENTS- 1+ years of experience
- Will accept truly BE (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified – will not accept non-boarded providers
- Locums must be able to see both adult and pediatri patients
- Will accept IMLC or licensure candidates (note: licensure candidates without IMLC not accepted)
- No pending malpractice cases and no bad background.
Duties & Responsiblities- Provide clinic coverage Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- Take night call via pager on weeknights
- Be on call for hospital consults during clinic hours
- Take weekend 24-hour call (includes 4 hours gratis)
- Perform scheduled surgical cases in the OR as needed
