August 31 - September 4, September 8 -11, November 30 - December 4, December 28 - December 31
Preferred Schedule: Shifts are 8am to 4:30 pm plus night call
Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Scope of Work: Provider will do procedures in the Endoscopy Suite Mondays, Wednesdays, 1/2 Thursdays and Fridays. Provider will see patients in the office on Tuesdays and 1/2 on Thursdays. Provider will take night call every night and round on any patient consults in the hospital Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology, Upper GI endoscopy, biopsy, foreign body removal, Esophageal dilatation/manometry
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active VA State License, Board Certified
EMR: Athena & Meditech
Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes
Are temporary privileges available?: Yes
Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes
Patients Per Shift: 10-12 endo procedures days and about 20 patients per day in the Clinic on clinic days.
