Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP- Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) / two days per week
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Willard Correction Facility
- Scope of Work:
- Manage general cardiology needs at correctional ward
- Average 10ppd
- Potential need for support at various DOC sites within CT via UConn Health
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license preferred, IMLC accepted with LOQ, BC, DEA/CSR, drive in candidates preferred, clean files preferred for temps
- EMR: Epic
