Are you a CRNA searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Illinois might be the perfect fit for you!Opportunity Highlights- Target Start Date: November 3, 2025
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Number of Openings: 1
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts; regular hours required; overtime offered but not expected
- Job Setting: Hospital - 20 anesthesia rooms; Epic & iPro charting system
- Types of Cases: General, Ortho, OB
- Call: No in-house, weeknight, or weekend call required
- Supervision: MDs supervising CRNAs (2:1 CRNA to MD ratio); MDs also performing their own cases
- Credentialing: Estimated privileging timeframe: 60 days
Responsibilities- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Minimum Requirements- Licensure: Current license as a registered professional nurse; state license must be held prior to start (facility will not accept candidates who need to obtain state license)
- Education: Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certifications: Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
