• Types of Cases: Trauma, General Surgery, Cardiac/Heart, and OB (preferred)
• Credentialing: Cross-credentialed 3-site assignment

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
• Certifications: ACLS
• Licensure: Active State License Required; IMLC Accepted
