What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care to oncology patients in a progressive care setting
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
- Administer medications, including chemotherapy and blood products
- Manage invasive lines (PICC, central lines, peripheral IVs) and PCA pumps
- Respond to rapid response calls and initiate emergency protocols as needed
- Utilize telemetry equipment and monitor patient vital signs and ABGs
- Practice infection prevention procedures and patient safety measures
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience, including at least 1 year in PCU
- Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH
- Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, line management, and emergency care
- Ability to float within units of similar acuity levels
- Preferred: experience with chemotherapy administration, wound care, and vent management
