What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced PCU setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions to recognize changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
- Support patient and family education regarding care plans
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
- 1+ year of recent experience in an acute care setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
