ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift - New Orleans, LA

What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality care to ICU patients across multiple specialized units
- Monitor patient vitals and responses, adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (Epic experience required)
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assist with critical procedures
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Support float assignments across ICU units, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
What You Need:
- Valid ICU Nursing license for Louisiana
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (CPI & CCRN preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible float assignments
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication
About the Assignment:
This opportunity is with a leading healthcare provider in New Orleans, specializing in ICU care. The assignment involves floating across various ICU units, providing essential services to critically ill patients, and working within a cohesive team environment. You will support a busy unit with a patient ratio of 1:2, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care.
