Occupational Therapist - Skilled - (OT)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $2418.00 - $2491.00



We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist - OT to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Henderson, Tennessee. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or other physical limitations in a skilled nursing setting. The Physical Therapist will work closely with an interdisciplinary team consisting of physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and rehabilitation professionals to help residents achieve their highest level of functional independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient evaluations, establishing measurable goals, providing therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and documenting services in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care, with experience treating geriatric and medically complex populations. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold an active Tennessee Physical Therapy license (or be eligible for licensure). OT-TN
Certifications: OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy; BLS-AHA
