Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Concord, Pleasant Hill & Walnut Creek, CA | SNF & Outpatient
Well-respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Outpatient Facility is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the team in Concord, CA, with split coverage between Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment while providing exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights:
SNF and Outpatient settings
Split coverage between Concord, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek

Requirements:
Active California COTA license (or eligibility)
SNF, outpatient, or geriatric experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations
