Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Aiken, South Carolina: Start your assignment in Aiken, SC and help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence in their homes. You will deliver patient-centered care, perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and document progress.
