Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Skilled - (COTA - Skilled)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1354.00 - $1395.00
COTA needed asap for 13 weeks
5 day work week, 32 hr guarantee
License, BLS, and SNF experience are required.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled
Licenses: OTA-VA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
License, BLS, and SNF experience are required.
