Hematology/Oncology Physician – Ongoing Coverage | Licensing Available

Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician for an ongoing assignment in Pennsylvania. This opportunity features an established oncology practice, strong clinical support, and a primarily outpatient schedule.

Assignment Details

• Start as soon as credentialed


• Coverage through March 2027


• Full-time preferred; minimum 3 days per week


• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM


• Approximately 15 adult patients per day


• Approximately 2/3 oncology and 1/3 hematology


• Limited inpatient and ER consultative coverage


• Night and weekend call approximately 1 week per month


• Average call volume of 0-2 calls per day


• Provider will not be the sole provider on site

Clinical Scope

• Manage common oncology and hematology cases


• Oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, IVIG, IV iron, and supportive treatments


• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board


• Coordinate with infusion, nursing, and radiation oncology teams


• No bone marrow biopsies or lumbar punctures required


• Support includes an Oncology NP and virtual hematologist

Requirements

• Hematology/Oncology fellowship training


• Board certification preferred; dual certification preferred


• Pennsylvania license preferred


• Licensing assistance available; IMLC/LOQ candidates considered


• Approximately 90-day credentialing timeframe
