An inpatient program in southern New Hampshire is seeking experienced Hospital Medicine Physicians to build its locum tenens coverage pool for upcoming openings. This opportunity offers multiple daytime service schedules with strong specialty and multidisciplinary support. (Job ID: 51703)

• Setting: Inpatient Hospital Medicine


• Coverage: Daytime shifts with multiple service schedules


• Shift options range from 8 to 12 hours depending on service needs and volume


• Weekend coverage consists primarily of 12-hour shifts


• No call or callback responsibilities after the scheduled shift is complete


• No specific procedures required


• Open ICU model with an onsite intensivist managing drips and ventilators


• Hospitalists participate in ICU rounding


• Support includes PT, OT, SLP, case management, respiratory therapy, intensivist, ED, and surgical teams


• Orientation includes shadow shifts


• EMR: Meditech


• Temporary privileges may be considered depending on coverage needs

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire license or IMLC eligibility


• Experienced Hospital Medicine physicians preferred


• Case logs required during credentialing


• No specific fellowship or procedural competencies required
