A healthcare facility in Eastern Oregon is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens coverage. This opportunity offers a consistent 1–2 weeks per month with a combination of clinic, surgical, and call responsibilities. Coverage may continue for up to 12 months. (Job ID: 51673)

Details

• Setting: Hospital and outpatient clinic


• Schedule: 1–2 weeks per month, Monday–Friday


• Monday includes surgery and clinic


• Tuesday–Friday primarily clinic


• 24-hour call Monday–Thursday


• No call on Friday


• Broad general Urology surgical and procedural scope


• Procedures include cystoscopy, TURP/TURBT, ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, stone extraction, prostate biopsy, stent placement, and other general Urology procedures


• Robotics not required


• Support includes clinic MA, RN, and perioperative nursing staff


• EMR: Meditech and eClinicalWorks


• Assignment may extend up to 12 months

Requirements

• Board Certified highly preferred


• Board Eligible candidates recently completing residency may be considered


• Active Oregon license required


• Urology residency completion required


• BLS


• DEA


• Clean malpractice history highly preferred


• Must be comfortable maintaining a full clinic and surgical schedule
