An inpatient program in northwest Georgia is seeking a board-certified Neurologist for a short-term locum tenens assignment covering a scheduled vacation. This opportunity combines scheduled clinical hours with beeper call coverage. (Job ID: 51643)

  • Assignment: October 19-26, 2026

  • Setting: Inpatient

  • Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours plus beeper call

  • Call includes inpatient and consult coverage

  • EMR: Epic

  • Scope includes EEG, brain death exams, and muscle biopsy

  • Temporary privileges available


Requirements



  • Board Certified in Neurology

  • Active GA license required

  • BLS required

  • Fellowship preferred

  • EEG, brain death exam, and muscle biopsy competency required

  • Lumbar puncture, EMG, NCV, diagnostic/therapeutic taps, and evoked potentials preferred
