An inpatient OB Emergency Department in northeast Ohio is seeking a board-certified OBGYN physician for ongoing locum tenens hospitalist coverage. This opportunity offers flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts with both day and night coverage and strong in-house clinical support. (Job ID: 51629)

• Start Date: September 28, 2026


• Initial Contract: 13 weeks with ongoing need


• Schedule: 12- and 24-hour shifts, days and nights


• Coverage: 24/7 OBED Hospitalist coverage; in-house only


• Setting: Inpatient / OB Emergency Department


• Scope includes vaginal and cesarean deliveries, VAVD, labor induction, TOLAC, suction D&C, laceration repair, circumcisions, and management of pregnancy complications


• In-house anesthesia and NP/PA first-assist support


• MFM and GYN Oncology consultation available


• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified in OBGYN


• Active OH license or IMLC eligibility


• Comfortable managing OBED patients


• Proficiency with deliveries and cesarean sections


• Comfortable providing gynecologic consultations
