- Setting: 53 bed ER with 8 bed Fast Track
- Trauma designation: Level II Trauma Center
- Annual ER volume: 77K
- Dates: ongoing, must be avail for min 6 shifts per month
- Shift hours: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 11a-11p, 9a-5p M/W only, 4:30p-12:30a M/W only
- Scope: 24 hour double coverage
- Volume: 1.8 pph
- EMR: Epic
- Requires: Active NY license, NCCPA, DEA, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
