- Work Dates Needed: Sep- Dec 2026.
- Preferred Schedule: Mon- Wed- Thu-Fri Outpt/8:30- 5pm/ and call, 1:3 -evening every night//weekend Friday 4pm-Mon 7AM.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Setting, Hematology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Hematology - Inpatient Setting, Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): 2 level.
- Scope of Work: Adult, Geriatric, OB, Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 15-16, Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): Approx 1-5, Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT Licenses, BC, BLS, A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. - [REQUIRED].
