Description
- Work Dates Needed: as soon as credentialed and ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (No Call)
- Worksite Setting: outpatient, services for both mental health and substance abuse disorder
- Scope of Work: outpatient, Child and Adult population, 2 psych evaluations per day on substance abuse disorders. 8-12 pts/day.
- Supervision of APP: Yes
- Experience: Prefers 2-5 years of experience
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active unrestricted WA license, BLS, DEA, BC/BE
