Work Dates Needed: Start Date 11/6 and ongoing
Preferred Schedule: Ideally 3 days/week....T/Th/F, but will be open to others / Call on rotating weekends
Worksite Setting: Clinic
Scope of Work: 15 PPD / Required IMRT / SBRT / External
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC / NM Lic / NM DEA
EMR: Epic & Aria
Pay Rate Preferred: xxx
Available Support Staff: 2 nurses and 1 MA, team of dosimetry, physics and therapy staff
