• Credentialing: Cross-credentialing at three Pennsylvania hospitals

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
• Certifications: ACLS
• Licensure: All State License Required
• Additional Requirements: No closed malpractice cases
