• Board: Board Certified (not accepting BE)

  
• Licenses: Active IA license or Universal License (IMLC)

  
• Certifications: ACLS (can obtain during credentialing)

  
• Other Qalifications: Availability 2 wks per month in 2027; must be available for all 3 wks above; COVID Vaccine required; Clean Malpractice/No background issues

  

  Duties & Responsiibilities
  

  

  
• Evaluate and monitor patient care before and during surgery.

  
• Supervise CRNAs (some supervision).
  
• Provide General Anesthesia including OB and healthy peds.

  
• Perform Conscious Sedation as needed.

  
• Take call including night call every 3-4 days.
