Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75
This facility is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Walk-In Clinic coverage; clinic hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Patients per day: Not specified
- Practice Setting: Walk-In Clinic / Outpatient Clinic
- Scope: Urgent care for both adult and pediatric patients
- State Licensure: Wisconsin Medical License
- Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
