What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments related to child welfare cases within the Kokomo area
- Perform home visits and safety evaluations
- Document case activities accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with law enforcement, healthcare providers, and legal teams
- Support ongoing monitoring and safety planning to protect children and families
- Participate in court testimony and provide recommendations based on investigations
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all agency protocols
What You Need
- Required: Valid Indiana license in social work, nursing, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in child welfare or investigative roles is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Reliable transportation
