Floyd Lee Locums is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for an assignment in Texas. This opportunity offers 12-hour shifts with both day and night coverage available.

Assignment Details

• 3-6 month assignment


• 12-hour shifts


• Day and night coverage needed


• Predominantly adult patient population


• Approximately 1.5-2 patients per hour


• Single-physician coverage


• Approximately 20% admission rate


• Meditech EMR


• Two orientation/shadow days

Requirements

• Emergency Medicine physicians preferred


• Primary Care physicians with significant Emergency Medicine experience may be considered


• Alternative Emergency Medicine boards may be considered


• New graduates considered


• Case logs may be required for physicians who are not ABEM certified


• Emergency privileges may be available depending on circumstances
