A hospital in western Arkansas is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist for locum tenens coverage. This opportunity offers a limited monthly commitment with approximately five weekdays of coverage per month. (Job ID: 51698)

• Setting: Hospital


• Schedule: Approximately 5 days per month, Monday–Friday


• Coverage: In-house and STEMI call


• In-house response time: Within 1 hour


• Emergency/STEMI response time: Less than 30 minutes


• No patient call-backs


• Hospitalist service manages routine admissions


• Credentialing: Approximately 60–90 days with potential to expedite for the right candidate

Requirements

• Board Certification required


• Interventional Cardiology fellowship


• Active Arkansas medical license required


• Clean malpractice history and NPDB required


• ACLS


• ATLS


• BLS
