An outpatient clinic in northwestern Arizona is seeking a Neurology Physician for ongoing locum tenens coverage. This clinic-only opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call. • Setting: Outpatient Neurology


• Start Date: October 19, 2026


• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


• Coverage: Full-time preferred; two providers covering two weeks per month each considered


• Call: None


• Contract Length: Minimum 6 months


• No in-office procedures expected


• Patient Mix: Neuromuscular disorders, seizure disorders, memory loss/dementia, CVA/TIA, neuropathy, migraine, and sleep disorders


• EMR: Meditech

Requirements

• Board Certified preferred; Board Eligible accepted within 5 years of completing training


• Neuromuscular fellowship preferred


• Active Arizona license or IMLC eligibility


• Case logs from the previous 2 years required during credentialing
