Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process in a busy Med-Surg setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient progress and modify care accordingly
- Educate patients and families on health management and procedures
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
- Document care activities thoroughly and maintain compliance with regulations
What You Need
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2 years’ medical-surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
