What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Proficiently perform IV starts and monitor telemetry
- Manage patient ratios of 1:4 efficiently and compassionately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for patient care
- Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure safety standards
- Document patient information accurately in EPIC electronic medical records
- Assist in cardiac and stroke protocols using NIHSS scoring
What You Need
- Active Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 2 years ED experience
- 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Proficient in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Current BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation
