Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $62.47/hr

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care across PCU units, including float responsibilities
- Perform IV starts, telemonitoring, and other nursing procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes
- Document patient interactions accurately in Epic electronic health records
- Float to other units as needed within hospital policies and acuity levels
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need
- Ohio RN license in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or acute care experience (1-2 years considered with manager review)
- Proficiency in IV starts, tele monitoring, and Epic EMR experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to new environments
