- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in TX or compact, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and specialized fetal monitoring certifications (e.g., NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring or AWHONN FHM)
- Experience: 1+ year in perinatal/nursing specialty preferred

- Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95/hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide routine and complex nursing care for labor and delivery patients
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document findings
- Assess patient needs and provide education to patients and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Support long-term patient outcomes with compassionate, culturally sensitive care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards
- Assist with patient assessments, fetal monitoring, and emergency responses as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- At least 1 year of recent experience in labor and delivery nursing
- Specialized certifications such as NCC EFM or AWHONN FHM (preferred)
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced hospital environment or perinatal residency program
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical situations
