- Shift: 5x8-hour days (08:00 - 16:00), weekend rounding, and night call
- Hours/Week: Full-time schedule with weekend and evening/weekend call coverage
- Employment Type: Contract
- License/Certifications: BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or BC in General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship completion
- Experience: Prior experience in adolescent psychiatry, managing medications, and leading multidisciplinary teams preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $273.00
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychiatric care to adolescent patients, managing 6-12 patients daily
- Conduct onsite assessments, develop treatment plans, and establish goals
- Manage medication prescribing and monitor responses
- Participate in rounding and provide on-call coverage for weekends and weeknights
- Collaborate with families, guardians, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Support behavioral interventions, de-escalation, and crisis management as needed
- Lead and supervise healthcare team members to maintain high-quality patient care
What You Need:
- Active BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or BC in General Psychiatry with completed CAP fellowship
- Minimum 2 years of experience in adolescent psychiatry preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, psychopharmacology, and therapy modalities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cultural competence skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Legal and safeguarding knowledge relevant to adolescent mental health
