Position Overview
The Urologist will provide comprehensive urologic services in both the outpatient clinic and hospital setting. The physician will evaluate and treat a broad range of urologic conditions, perform surgical procedures, participate in hospital rounding, and collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the healthcare team.

This position is available due to practice growth and offers the stability of hospital employment, competitive compensation, and an excellent benefits package.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

1:6 Shared Call

Clinic conveniently located in the SEH Doctor's Building, making hospital rounding convenient.

Practice & Clinical Resources
Join a team of 5 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners.

Dedicated OR block time.

Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary starting at $650,000.
Additional wRVU productivity bonus potential.

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
Current and unrestricted medical license, or eligibility for licensure, in Alabama.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
