This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: As soon as possible, 3–9-month commitment, Monday- Thursday, 8a-4p with 1 hour lunch
- Setting: Clinic
- Procedures/Cases: General Dentistry All Ages
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
- Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
