Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clinical Medical Physics support Perform quality assurance testing of radiation therapy equipment Perform dosimetry calibration Support radiation treatment planning and delivery Provide clinical implementation and support for IMRT Provide clinical implementation and support for SBRT Support 4D CT and gated radiation therapy Support prostate seed implant procedures Provide physics support for VMAT Provide physics support for IGRT Support CBCT / OBI image-guided treatment Support organ motion management Work independently while collaborating with another Medical Physicist and broader Medical Physics team Equipment / Technology Varian TrueBeam Clinac iX On-board kV Imaging Cone-Beam CT RapidArc Gated RapidArc Eclipse Treatment Planning System Aria Record & Verify System Required Experience / Skills IMRT SBRT VMAT IGRT CBCT / OBI 4D CT Gated Radiation Therapy Organ Motion Management Radiation Therapy Equipment QA Dosimetry Calibration Prostate Seed Implant Procedures Strong Independent Clinical Skills Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Requirements Board Certified Medical Physicist – Required ABR Certification (DABR) – Required ABR or ABMP Certification in Therapeutic Radiological Physics or Therapeutic Radiology – Required M.S. or Ph.D. in Physics or Medical Physics – Required Minimum 3 Years of Clinical Medical Physics Experience – Required Pennsylvania Licensure Required for Assignment Candidates Needing to Obtain Pennsylvania Licensure May Be Considered DEA – Not Required CSR – Not Required Support Structure Works closely with another Medical Physicist Supported by a larger Medical Physics Division Access to a network of 40+ Medical Physicists Leadership support available Collaborative academic and community-based cancer care environment Credentialing Full Privileges Available Provider must complete required credentialing documentation before start Travel Personal Vehicle Mileage May Be Reimbursed Airfare May Be Reimbursed Lodging May Be Reimbursed Parking May Be Reimbursed Rental Car and Fuel May Be Reimbursed Ground Transportation May Be Reimbursed"
