Pacific Companies is representing an opportunity for a Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility physician to join an established fertility practice in the Los Angeles area. The practice is adding its fourth REI physician as existing providers continue to build volume and additional capacity becomes available. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• Join 3 experienced REI physicians and an established fertility support team
• Flexible location options with the ability to practice at one or both LA-area offices
• Modern 12,000-square-foot fertility facility with advanced fertility technology
• Clinical space includes 4 scan rooms, 2 surgical rooms and 2 embryo transfer rooms
• In-house embryology infrastructure with PhD lab directors and 4 embryologists
• IVF, retrievals, FET and hysteroscopy among clinical services offered
• Flexible weekday schedule structured around procedures and consultations
• Schedule may incorporate half days and weekend retrievals based on clinical needs
• New physicians may begin around 5-10 cycles monthly, with 10-20 considered achievable
• Base salary negotiable depending on experience
• $1,500 per-cycle bonus
• Senior/high-performing physicians can earn more than $1 million annually
