- Licensure/Certifications: Current NM RN license or Compact license, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, CPIDE, NIH; additional certifications may be required depending on unit assignments
- Experience: Prior RN experience required, relevant to the assigned unit
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What You’ll Do:
- Obtain and document initial patient assessments, prioritizing based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
- Conduct systematic re-assessments to monitor patient progress and modify care plans accordingly
- Develop and implement individualized, measurable care plans within established standards
- Make informed nursing decisions, interpreting data to evaluate patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education, including discharge planning
- Perform Point of Care testing procedures as needed
- Document interventions timely and accurately
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members and delegate tasks appropriately
- Support a positive, professional environment and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
What You Need:
Required:
- Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- TNCC, CPIDE, NIH certifications (additional certifications may be required based on unit needs)
- Minimum of relevant RN experience in a hospital setting
Preferred:
- Experience in float or multi-specialty roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
