  • Shift: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Days)

  • Shift Length: 12 hours

  • Hours/Week: Based on schedule

  • Employment Type: Full-time travel assignment

  • Licensure/Certifications: Current NM RN license or Compact license, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, CPIDE, NIH; additional certifications may be required depending on unit assignments

  • Experience: Prior RN experience required, relevant to the assigned unit





Pay & Benefits:


  • Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

  • Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:


  • Obtain and document initial patient assessments, prioritizing based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs

  • Conduct systematic re-assessments to monitor patient progress and modify care plans accordingly

  • Develop and implement individualized, measurable care plans within established standards

  • Make informed nursing decisions, interpreting data to evaluate patient outcomes

  • Provide patient and family education, including discharge planning

  • Perform Point of Care testing procedures as needed

  • Document interventions timely and accurately

  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members and delegate tasks appropriately

  • Support a positive, professional environment and contribute to continuous improvement efforts





What You Need:

Required:


  • Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license

  • BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA

  • TNCC, CPIDE, NIH certifications (additional certifications may be required based on unit needs)

  • Minimum of relevant RN experience in a hospital setting



Preferred:


  • Experience in float or multi-specialty roles

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
