What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care for oncology and med/surg patients in a highly specialized setting
- Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac activity, including dysrhythmia interpretation and telemetry using B450 monitors and GE telemetry systems
- Access ports, manage arterial lines, PICC lines, and central lines
- Administer blood products and medications, including chemotherapy and other specialty treatments
- Assist with procedures such as chest tube insertion/removal and manage high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Uphold infection prevention protocols and patient safety standards
What You Need
- Ohio RN license (active and unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in critical care, oncology, or med/surg
- Certification: BCLS
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records
- Skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, port access, line management, and blood product administration
