Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) jobs in Fremont, CA offer a 13-week contract in a skilled nursing facility with 8-hour day shifts and a 36-hour weekly guarantee. You must have a California PTA license and at least 1 year of SNF experience; Casamba EMR experience is highly preferred. In this role, you will implement treatment plans designed by a supervising PT, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, apply modalities, and document progress.
