What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with conditions affecting shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands
- Manage outpatient caseload independently, including fabrication and fitting of splints
- Use physical agent modalities to support patient recovery
- Conduct inpatient coverage for critical access swing & medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop customized care plans
- Document patient progress in compliance with facility standards
- Support patients with post-surgical recovery and pain management
What You Need
- Current Occupational Therapist license in NH
- Proven experience with outpatient orthopedics, specifically elbows, wrists, and hands
- Ability to evaluate and treat shoulder issues, including rotator cuff injuries
- Skilled in fabrication and fitting of splints
- Strong clinical and independent judgment skills
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to work across two facilities in Berlin, NH

Join a dynamic team serving two facilities in picturesque Berlin, NH. This role involves outpatient therapy focusing on upper extremity rehabilitation and inpatient coverage, providing variety and rewarding patient interactions. Housing may be challenging; candidates are encouraged to explore options in Errol and surrounding areas prior to placement.
