Neighborcare Health is seeking compassionate, mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join one of the Pacific Northwest´s largest and most respected Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). With nearly 30 clinics throughout the Seattle area, including School-Based Health Centers, Neighborcare Health provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, dental services, and care coordination to nearly 60,000 patients annually. • 0.8 FTE. (32 hours per week)
  
  
• The annual salary range: $166,682.88 to $206,169.60

• The annual salary range: $208,353.60 to $257,712.00

• MD or DO from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy
  
  
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
  
  
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  
  
• Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain)
  
  
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  
  
• Current BLS Certification

• Experience in Family Medicine, Community Health, or FQHC practice
  
  
• Bilingual language skills
  
  
• Experience caring for underserved populations
  
  
• Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience or willingness to obtain required training
  
  
• Nexplanon certification is a plus
