We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician for a 48-day assignment in Maryland, starting Sep 8, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care as the sole provider, managing a diverse patient population, performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans within an 8am-4pm schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole provider, delivering comprehensive primary care services.
• Perform physical examinations and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Conduct age-appropriate preventive screenings and Medicare annual wellness visits.
• Evaluate and coach patients on activity and exercise.
• Perform dementia assessments and provide care for bone and joint conditions.
• Engage in advance care planning.
• Manage heart disease, cholesterol, and blood pressure conditions.
• Provide care for diabetes, asthma, allergies, and other chronic conditions.
• Address vision care, dental care, gynecological services, and nutrition counseling needs.

Additional Information

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: eClinicalWorks.
• Comfortable serving as the sole provider.
• Schedule: 8am-4pm daily.
