Are you an Obstetrics / Gynecology physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Wisconsin might be the perfect fit for you! Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: 6p-6a shifts
- In-house call required
- Call room provided
- Job Setting: Hospital
- Clinical Volume:
- Approximately 1,900 deliveries per year
- 3-5 deliveries per day
- Approximately 5 GYN emergencies per week
- Types of Cases:
- High-Risk Obstetrics
- Preeclampsia
- Gestational Diabetes
- Preterm Labor
- Fetal Anomalies
- Postpartum Care
- Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
- Family Planning / Contraceptive Counseling
- Role Responsibilities:
- Cover the ER, floor, triage visits and calls for the entire shift
- Answer first calls from AP floor service
- Assist with cesarean deliveries
- First call for ED consults
- Assist with GYN surgery
- Back-up/consults to CNMs and FP who do OB/GYN
Minimum Requirements- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics / Gynecology
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, DEA
